International deliveries vary depending on the destination country and customs processes, ranging from 3-7 business.

Delivery times to specific countries include: 

Australia: 4–6 business days

UK: 5–7 business days 

USA: 5–7 business days 

Malaysia: 3–5 business days

FREE worldwide shipping on all custom orders. 

Please note, you will need to sign for your parcel or authorise to leave without signature. Concept Fleet cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Concept Fleet, every piece is handmade with intention, care, and character. We hope you love your new beaded treasure — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Ready-to-Wear Items

We accept returns on all full-priced, unworn RTW items within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact

  • Requests must be submitted via email to hello@conceptfleet.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Once approved, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Concept Fleet is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Store credits are issued once the return is received and inspected. They are valid for 12 months and can be used toward any future purchase.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our custom designs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch — we’ll always make it right.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your bag arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@conceptfleet.com with photos and your order number within 3 days of delivery. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
