Gift Card

1. Overview
Concept Fleet digital gift cards are the perfect way to give the gift of bold, custom fashion. Gift cards can be used toward any Concept Fleet product, including custom-designed handbags and accessories.

2. Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available in preset denominations and are delivered digitally via email.

• Upon purchase, the buyer will receive a confirmation email and the gift card will be sent to the recipient (or to the buyer if preferred) within 24 hours.

• Gift cards may include a personalized message and are non-refundable.

3. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed via our website or by emailing us at hello@conceptfleet.com with your gift card code.

• Gift cards are valid for use on all items and custom orders unless otherwise stated.

• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order.

4. Validity

• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law.

• Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.

5. Limitations

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or reloaded.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card code like cash.

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

6. Custom Orders

• Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for custom pieces. Custom orders require a 50% deposit, and the gift card value will be applied accordingly.
